A branding project for a small business specialising in military tailoring and the mounting of medals and decorations. The challenge lay in creating an identity with a strong institutional presence and memorable packaging, all within a restricted budget.

Our solution was based on an intelligent and flexible design system using stickers: a central gold seal that conveys authority, combined with a series of interchangeable adhesive strips representing various military motifs and chevrons. By applying these elements to generic black boxes, we achieved complete customisation for every order. The result transforms basic materials into tactile, handcrafted packaging where each box tells its own story and pays a unique tribute to its recipient.

This project demonstrates how creativity and strategic design can elevate a product into the premium segment, turning a straightforward commission into a personal, solemn, and meticulously crafted experience.
